Consultation

An initial meeting is scheduled to discuss the proposed project. We will develop an understanding of what is involved and take stock of job details such as building plans and local council requirements. The idea here is to develop snapshot of the job to begin drafting a scope of work. It is an important step to consider all aspects, from site access to design finishes before a scope of work is drafted.

Project Management

We understand project management is the backbone of any successful building project. Once a scope of work is agreed and all the contractual paperwork is complete, general preliminaries will commence. At an early stage we work on job scheduling and notifying sub contractors about the project. Moving through the project, regular meetings are held to promote efficiency and accountability.

Residential

We have a reputation for specialising in quality residential building work ranging from decks and pergolas to architectural design homes. Whatever the scope, we aim to produce top quality craftsmanship for all aspects of the job.

Commercial

Our commercial experience centres around work within the community providing access and enjoyment for the public. We accept tender requests from council and local government to provide upgrades or new developments for parks, schools, or infrastructure.

We understand there can be more than one way to solve any issue. The key is no not rush. Deliberation, research, and consultation are required to achieve the desired outcome, so all stakeholders are happy.

Maintenance

Building elements are a living thing, they grow and shrink like we do. If the joints start squeaking we are on call to assist with maintenance and repairs. Regular maintenance programs are also available and can be drafted to your specific needs.
